"This place did exactly as it said in the description. Fully fitted kitchen that allow us to cook and save money by not having to eat out all the time a very good breakfast scrambled eggs made the real eggs. Very helpful staff washing machine and dryer just down the Hall and gym, great Location and a decent price."

"Our stay was fantastic! The staff was helpful and welcoming from the valet to the front desk as well as the restaurant. After long days on the road and in DC having a high quality dinner that didn't break the bank was a life saver. The location was perfect, far enough from the hustle and bustle, but very convenient to everything we could want to see. We have a new go to place when visiting the DC area."

"I had to check out early before breakfast so I don’t know what the breakfast was like.The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. My only negative comment is coffee wasn’t available to guests in the lobby only at breakfast on the top floor. There was a coffee maker in the room, but the coffee and the powdered creamer were terrible"

"Pros; Great location, clean, comfortable bed, close to restaurants and shops, communal kitchen in the basement with a microwave. Cons; the water pressure in the building is super low, it's literally a trickle of water what you have to take a shower. Walls are thin. Our room #11, had a window air-conditioning and it was not cold enough at night so I'm guessing in summer must get pretty hot. The room doesn't have a coffee maker. But overall I could definitely stay there again if in the area."
