"Great location, great value, super clean, lotsa shower supplies great towels, parking a little tough for more than one car but the garage is offered to make 2 spots. Only things we weren't in love with, dryer failed at a critical point for our stay but host was on it right away and got it fixed. I'm a former smoker and kinda sensitive sense of smell and it was a bit too perfumy for me downstairs but great upstairs in sleeping area. Everything else was great!"

"Overall everything was good. No major complaints at all. When we first arrived the tiered lamp didn't have any lightbulbs, but I called them and they came to get it corrected quickly. Everything else was fine. We would definitely stay again. "

"I’m placing a formal complaint. I paid for in advance two queen beds. When I got there, they had one queen bed and one sofa sleeper. I did not consent of that and was not offered a different room based on the availability. We arrived sometime between 5 and 7 PM. I was told three different times the manager would call me to compensate me and I’ve yet to hear from the manager Elena. Therefore, I would like all my money back."

"The house was spacious and very clean. It was a perfect location to The Venue, which is where our activities were. The Hosts were responsive and kind and answered all the questions we had."

"We stayed at this home for a Road Atlanta event. Pros - conveniently located near restaurants and stores as well as an easy 15-20 minute drive to Road Atlanta and is very spacious. Cons - We were asked to check in late because the people before us left a mess that required extra cleaning. Garbage cans were full as well as an overflow of garbage bags in the garage. Also, there was only one bath towel and one wash cloth per guest….no extras. When I asked about hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen towels I was told that they normally leave 2 paper towel rolls. I assume we were suppose to take a paper towel with us each time we used the restroom. We’re accustomed to having a hand towel in each bathroom and I don’t think that’s an outrageous request. The TV’s downstairs did not work. Communication from the host wasn’t the best as we arrived on Thursday evening, I asked about the towels very early Friday morning and got a response late afternoon on Saturday which was useless since we left on Sunday. "
