Beautiful cabin, everything clean and functional, loved to have the hot tub which also was clean, loved the fire place inside and fire pit outside, wood was free, view was amazing over the valley and mountains, cabins not to close together, lots of privacy. The breakfast good, staff friendly, definitely a place we will come back to.
The hot tub on the deck was amazing. Beds comfy Very quiet and very relaxing We asked the staff to fill up the hot tub and was acted on immediately. The indoor pool and indoor hot tub looked so nice, we did not have time to enjoy them. We loved staying here and will definitely return. The breakfast was a little thin, very basic but doable. Thank you Glacier House
Lovely place. Very quiet. Clean. Pool and hot tub are nice.
Our room fire place wasn’t working, very cold at night.
Staff good, could have been more open and welcoming.
Breakfast included was standard.
Our family of 5 loved having a cabin and hot tub to ourselves. Breakfast, pool and views were all great. We stayed here twice in two weeks, traveling to and from the Canadian Rockies, and very much enjoyed both visits!
Loved our room with the balcony. Perfect to watch the sun rise in the morning. The bed was a bit dated as we rolled to the middle.
Suggestion would be to have the hot tub turned on before opening hours as it was cold.
Would come back though and try the cabins with individual hot tubs.
Staff and rooms were really great. Jets on the hot tub weren’t working properly. Tons of mosquitoes during summer months

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Room was big. Lack of electrical outlets and one that was available was very loose in the wall. Bathroom was nice. Private deck was very nice. Buffet breakfast (complimentary) was pretty good, but coffee wasn’t so we stopped in town to grab one. Staff was friendly. Indoor pool was nice but water wasn’t as warm as we would have liked. The property is. It walkable to anything. The decor is nice but somewhat dated. It was too bad the bar (lowest level) was closed for the season.
We enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. However, our bathroom was lacking functionality. No bathtubs, no space to place toiletries, no place to hang towels.
Nonetheless, we enjoyed the experience. Breakfast was great!
We came for a soccer tournament.
We were happily surprised that we had booked a cabin.
The cabin was big and cleaned very well. The kitchen looked well equipped even though we didn’t use a thing.
The beds were very comfortable.
Both of us had no complaints about the beds
Nice to have a hot tub but it is very loud at night.
The pump stays on all night and it is very audible throughout the entire place.
Bring ear plugs if you are staying in the cabin’s, I assume it’s the same in the other cabins with hot tubs on the deck.
The breakfast was convenient to grab something on our way out to a game.
The property is in a beautiful and quiet location a few minutes from Revelstoke. The hotel is clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. We always stay at Glacier House as we love the peaceful location. Rooms are very large and beds are comfortable.
This was probably one of the best hotels I’ve been to in a while! The location was beautiful, the hotel was super clean and gorgeous with an amazing pool and awesome breakfast selection I may add. The staff was so incredibly kind and treated me and my fiancé so well. Definitely coming back and staying for longer sometime soon! Overall this was a 10/10 stay, I highly recommend!
Very helpful and lovely front desk staff, cabin was perfectly equipped - though I’d have loved a toaster. We slept great! Used the hot tub on the porch, listened to thunder roll and had great access to Frisby Alpine trails for mountain biking.
Sadly we did not get to enjoy the continental breakfast as 7:30am was a bit too late for us to take advantage. Maybe a 6am or 6:30am would have been ideal (for us!)
