This is not a 5 star facility, the staff although very friendly, need a lot more training. There is simply not enough information. You are constantly referred to using the app but the app does not have all the information, so it is repeatedly back to the front desk for questions. One person in our group did not have power in their room for about 16 hours overnight , until staff remembered shewas supposed to get an extra card to use for electricity. Safes differ in mechanism between rooms, the more unusual ones did not have instructions, so again to front desk. If you have food intolerances, the meals are difficult to figure out, as only some were marked with which allergens were present. General poor awareness about gluten intolerance in dining room (although the person at the beach bar did clean utensils and grill before heating a glutenfree pizza base, so at least it seems he was aware). Drinks were fairly watery (wine and cocktails)— the cocktails came from commercially prepared pre-mixed cartons. The only additional restaurant we were able to book for was the asian— don’t bother, very small menu and other than the chicken wings( which were nice) the rest was dry and no taste. Again, despite ample prior warning, no preparedness for gluten intolerance, so the chef made me a chicken breast and rice, which is not something you would specifically go to a restaurant for.
One swim towel only, obtainable only from spa every 48 hours, was very unusual for a beach &pool holiday
