"Staff was nice. Parking was easy. Shopping nearby. Matience arrive quickly when toilet overflow. But was not happy at all when a live cockroach was found climbing up the bathroom wall. Bed was uncomfortable ."

The only provide colored towels (black and maroon) which is kind of gross because how can I determine if these towels are clean, breakfast was awful (granola bars, cereal bars, and cookies), and the customer service was very poor."

"3rd floor hallway smelled like weed, 24/7. Pool had green film growing on tiles, so much so that people were carving their names in it. Hot tub had sediment in it, like sand in the corners. Room was clean, and breakfast was good."
