"We stayed on the lower level and a patio with chairs looking at the water. The room was spacious and clean. The hot water was fantastic, with plenty of pressure. The breakfast in the morning was extensive, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, veggie frittata, scramled eggs, bacon, sausage, and Belgian waffle maker! There is also a bar where you can ask for your favorite coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino, or Latte, to be made on site! Our favorite amenity were the bikes available to use! There is a bike path...

"Enrique the night reception desk person was just wonderful. I watched him take care of the guest in front of me and he helped them find a room they like (clearly the guest had stayed there before). And I had made 2 reservations for 1 night each and Enrique help me consolidate into one room where I didn't have to move out. He made me feel welcome and truly supported since I was there to take 2 days worth of all-day classes starting early in the morning. Thank you Enrique!"

We especially enjoyed the private balcony off our room with view of the harbor . The hotel staff were polite and helpful, I would definitely stay here again"

Our son graduated from USF this past Saturday and we’ve consistently stayed here. On our next trip to S.F., just to visit and explore more we’ll stay there again!"
