"Beautiful property in a great location for walking around Richmond! The only missing star is because the shower's maximum temperature was luke warm/cool. It had a pulsing stream of warm a couple pulses then cool a couple of pulses. But the bathroom floor is heated and that helped."

Every single staff member was friendly, but a special shout-out must go to Menino, Hebibeh, and Ati—they were simply excellent. As a vegetarian family, we were so impressed by the breakfast selection and how accommodating they were to our dietary restrictions. Beyond the basics of cleanliness and great facilities, the secured locker room for luggage was a huge plus for our travel logistics. The location is perfect: Convenience: Just a short walk to Hammersmith station (bus and train). Proximity: Only about 30 minutes from major London attractions. Safety: We felt very safe walking with our kids even as late as 10pm. Shopping: Everything you need is nearby, with Primark just steps away! I wish we could come back every year (if only Europe vacations were cheaper!). Highly recommended."
