"Everything was great. Smooth check in and out, clean rooms, very nice view of the airplanes."

"We had to leave before the shuttle but they made sure we had a cab booked and covered it for us. Which was unexpected"

"Rooms were spacious and clean"

"This was our second time staying here and will be back. The location so close to the skytrain station is perfect."

"Great stay in comfortable room and great location central to everything in Richmond"

"Staff were nice, breakfast was great,, room and amenities clean. I recommend this hotel"

"Hair was seen in the bathroom and it wasn’t ours. Other than that, it was clean. The hotel is surrounded by food. Every type of Asian food is available. Smelled delicious. They can fill up quickly! We had to go a little earlier than planned because the shuttle we needed was already full."

"Room was clean staff were all very accommodating and kind. The room was certainly not up to modern amenities and there were small details like some of the coffee was missing and the machine didn’t work well. I will spend a little more to choose a more modern hotel next time."
