"Everything was great. Smooth check in and out, clean rooms, very nice view of the airplanes."

"Nice stay before and after an international vacation."

"Very easy to access the location from the airport. Parking was easy to navigate. It was a short 1 night stay due to travel arrangements. We would stay again for sure."

"Staff was always helpful, a little further away from sky train. Airport shuttle is a plus."

"The staff were all very courteous specially at the restaurant where we had our breakfast- they were very polite and helpful. Plus I really liked the surrounding within the Hotel with many restaurants and of course the Aberdeen Mall in front of our Hotel. I would highly recommend this Hotel"

"The room was clean, the pillows doesn't smell as clean. There's a few hairs on the wall by the bathtub but otherwise it was okay. We tried to order for room service online but it was not working and when we tried to call the front desk, took a long time to answer then had to call back there's no answer. We ended up just ordering Door Dash since we are too tired to go down and get food from the casino side and the food choices was not much of our liking."

"Location is convenient for airport travellers. The airport shuttle was appreciated. The room was clean. However, rooms are infused with a scent that cannot be removed. As a scent-sensitive person, this triggered breathing difficulties- I hardly slept all night. If you are like me, this isn’t the location for you. I will not be returning. Sadly, Reporting to the front desk didn’t prompt an acknowledgment that perhaps not all travellers would appreciate the air quality."

"We booked the hotel’s most expensive room, the Executive Suite, but were assigned room 313 on the lowest level, directly below the gym. The noise from people running on the treadmills and dropping weights rattled the room. On top of that, the air conditioner fan was very loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep. When we raised these issues, the staff told us this was because we had booked through Expedia. For the premium we paid, we expected a quiet, comfortable room and better service,...

"Staff was friendly but understaffed, leading to no room service at all. Meaning if you need something you have to come get it and bring it back to your room, including asking for a baby crip with was very dirty. Our initial room smelled, which was coming from the couch. We asked for a new room. New room was improved but we still found the shower dirty with hairs. We spoke to the manager before checking out who agreed to give us compensation. However he said we should have asked For compensation...

"Great service"

"Old, worn and minimally clean. Bed comfortable."

"Pool and hot tub were closed"

"In no other hotel I know, was it so difficult to get into the wifi. Because of my Europe trip mobile data was still on which costs me 105 cad with Telus , even without having a data plan. Telus is simply stealing my money."
