"Easy one floor living was great for bringing in the luggage and groceries. Covered porch quickly protected us from foul weather. Small dead end road made the location feel quiet and secluded. Visited during the quiet of winter but the town was minutes away with many restaurant options. "

Tamara is very professional, friendly, and responsive to communications, check in was a breeze, and the rental is extremely well-appointed and well-stocked, and very friendly to kids and dogs. The fenced yard made it very convenient for our dog! The property is absolutely spotlessly clean and modern. The location is very convenient to local attractions and amenities. I couldn't recommend this property more highly and would definitely stay here again if visiting Winnepesauke!"

"Amazing hosts. Absolutely perfect & super accessible. House was great. Clean. Roomy. Comfy. Instructions for everything. Hot tub spectacular especially since we were there in December. One day we were there and there was a winter storm warning, and we had been out most of the day and the thick of it and came home and they were plowing the driveway and shoveling a walkway to the house be totally unexpected and so grateful cause it was about 8 inches of snow OK maybe 6 to 8 but it was so great to have that done. The house came with everything you needed you literally had to bring nothing but yourself. The gas stove in the kitchen is so cozy and warm we literally wanted to sleep on the floor right next to it so cozy just a really great spot. We can’t wait to come back on the fall."

"What a beautiful house. Everything about the house was great - location, kitchen, bedrooms, living and relaxation rooms - and outside areas with games and furniture to relax in this great environment. Host (Bob) was incredibly nice, very friendly & accommodating and very available however gave us our space as well. Family wedding nearby so we had 4 generations under one roof: from 1 year old baby to great grandparents (92). Fantastic place for a visit, family reunion, or to scout out and enjoy a beautiful lake and mountain region of NH. We will definitely be back!!"
