My stay was short but really lovely! Great decor in common areas and around the hotel. Staff were really kind, and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant on site served fantastic food.

A nice hotel 15 minutes from central Basel via bus #36. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away from the hotel. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was worth the money. Note to Basel tourists, this is not a hotel located in Basel but Germany so if you want to get a mobility ticket for free public transport you have to book a hotel located in Basel.The room is very spacious. Tea making facilities in room. The restaurant is in the front and the hotel building is behind. The reception is in the restaurant....

It is a boutique hotel as it claims. But has all the comfort and convenience that a big 5 star hotel can offer. Very clean. Location is perfect. Restaurant, grocery shopping, tourist attraction area, 3 stops away from train station and 5 minutes walk to tram station.
