Great place to relax and unwind when in Riga . It lies in the middle of a big park and is strategically located on tram lines 1 and 5 which is a short ride from downtown and Central Station. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to help. They are all fluent in English. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel

Nice waling distance (i like to walk) to town. Both bridges into old town close. Hotel is clean, well organized and had a nice breakfast!

Clean and Good - but open the Rooftop

Clean and nice Hotel with Good service and just a Walk to the old Town. But why not use the roof to let all the guests enhet the sun and a bar in the summer? The hotels best view and sunspot is Wasted… open it for all😎👍

Everything was wonderful except we were staying for four nights and I needed to do laundry. I have a single laundry machine on the seventh floor that is your typical European combined washer dryer and they operate horribly. I’m not sure why they call them eco-friendly after approximately 3 1/2 hours and still soaking wet clothes, I had to go find a local laundromat to dry my clothes. Very inconvenient.

We had a great 4 nights stay at the hotel. The hotel and hotelrooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was ok for the low price. The location was the only problem, since we spent quite a lot of time in the city center and also in Old Riga. Luckily Bolt worked well and we were able to travel from the hotel to the city center with it.

I visit the hot ice Kiz Festival, when I arrive the room was not ready (15:20). The hotel bar close to early 23:00? better 01:00 or 02:00

Seen it best days but still good value for money

I was only for one day, not even a night. Hotel is very dated and I expected more for 4 star hotel, still for this cheap price it was great value of money. room was nice and bed and pillows were very good.

Being in a convenient location right on a route of public transpot from Riga city center to the Airport makes it ideal place to rest before or after your flight. However the walls are quite thin and TV playing in the neighbouring room did not help to get a proper rest. The hotel offered well equiped complimentary breakfast, wich was a good surprise, as it was not mentioned on the booking. There are no swimming pool, but there is a spa, but visits must be booked in advance.

2 day stop over

Great service from start to finish. I arrived early after my flight but was checked in on arrival. Front of House staff (Olga) was very helpful, friendly and chatting. The room was a good size, clean and tidy, as was the bathroom. There was plenty choice for Breakfast, hot and cold and the bar staff were very chatty and entertaining. 10/10

Beautiful park 30 sec away, close to center . Breakfast isn’t great, but offering lots of options . Sauna available for extra money . Small but clean gym. Rooms are clean , but walls are thin , so please keep it down after 10 pm ( you can hear tvs , conversations and more) . Security reminds guests to be nice to each other and shows up fast . Safe area for solo or a group .

The hotel looked pretty rough outside but was really nice inside. Our room was spacious and tidy. Breakfast was basic, but okay. The only downside was, that there was a party on the 11th floor on friday and our room was on 10th floor. The noise was unbearable and we went to ask for another room in the evening. We got a room from the 7th floor and then it was okay.
