Our stay was great from the start to finish, stuff was super friendly and helpful, accomodated all our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel, super close to the beach and the area very quiet. Very plesent experience.

Pessimo servizio

L’unica cosa positiva è la distanza dalla spiaggia.. colazione con poca varietà, sempre le stesse torte e contenitori dell’uovo e affettati incrostati di sporco. Personale che sembra infastidito dalla presenza dei clienti in particolare in sala colazioni, al check in ci e stato detto persino che la colazione è al massimo 9:00-9:15 che in realtà non è così.

Non manca nulla, tutto ok! Ma migliorabile

L'hotel ha tutto quello che serve per un 3 stelle. Le camere sono state rinnovate, il wifi è presente e la colazione ben fornita (dolce e salato). Non manca nulla. Il personale è disponibile e gentilissimo. Da rivedere un po' il bagno: box doccia da rifare e almeno delle mensole porta shampoo / saponi, cosi non posizioniamo le cose per terra nel piatto doccia. I saponi: in 3 si fa fatica lavarsi con 2 bustine di shampo doccia. Il pavimento della camera non era pulito: camminare scalzo era veramente un problema. Per reato invece lenzuola e asciugamani ok. Se sistemate queste cose siete proprio un bell'hotel. Nel complesso, se dovessi ritornare un dimani a Rimini, ci tornerei

Vacanza con famiglia

Struttura albergo datata ma lo stanno rendendo più moderno. Parcheggio scarso solo 5 posti, bisogna parcheggiare nelle strade circostanti. Cucina buona. Camere confortevoli con aria condizionata , tv, asciuga capelli, cassetta di sicurezza. Personale cortese e disponibile.

Gran bel soggiorno!

Hotel carinissimo in posizione strategica, mobili nuovi. Consiglio di migliorare la colazione ma del resto ci siamo trovati benissimo.. tutto il personale troppo gentile, merita un bel 9..! Poi a 3 minuti dal mare, spettacolo..!

We loved Rimini. The staff was nice. The breakfast was boring for us. Just one problem because of our flight time we asked the staff that we can stay one more hour, but they told us its 10euro/hour.it was too much for us just for one hour, but this is the rules so we accept it. :) totally for the price for what we booked it was perfect. for sure we will go back.

Hotel carino, camera ristrutturata e ri-arredata e si vede. Bisognerebbe anche ristrutturare finestre e porte per permettere una maggiore insonorizzazione. Come già notato in altre strutture della riviera, ormai i servizi di pulizia sono dati in gestione a personale non italiano che non si fa molti problemi a non far rumore già dalle 7 di mattina.

L'Hotel Veliero è un pò datato, per questo ho scelto due camere superior. Una perfetta con pavimento e bagno ristrutturati. L'altra camera no e, quindi, di livello inferiore. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Buona colazione abbondante, personale gentile e disponibile.
