Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående, exteriören var jättefin men vårt rum var inte så fräscht, gammal standard och mögellukt. I badrummet var det mögelskador i tak. Kylskåpet höll inte kylan. Poolen var väldigt liten och poolområdet var trångt med bara 10 solstolar. Läget på hotellet var dock bra, nära till stranden.

Siamo arrivati in ritardo x il tanto traffico e quindi x fare il check-in abbiamo pagato 20 euro d penale oltre a pagare più d quanto concordato x il soggiorno Struttura comoda xchè avevamo anche la cucina(peccato che nn s può utilizzare x soggiorni con meno d 3 notti ma questo l'ho saputo solo al nostro arrivo anche se m ha detto che se proprio ne ho bisogno potevo usarla)...parcheggio a pagamento (30 euro a notte) quindi c siamo arrangiati nei dintorni...rotto il condizionatore il GG dopo ed abbiamo trovato un lago che abbiamo asciugato e pulito il tutto...s sono scusato ma tanto nn lo usavamo Avevamo una camera con una terrazza enorme Cucina nn fornita d sapone, spugne ecc quindi se dovete usarla ricordatevi d portarla Nel complesso cmq c siamo trovati bene...bella posizione...piscina divisa in 2 x i bimbi... In bagno niente asciugacapelli Con un po' d organizzazione in più da parte mia c tornerei

Tutto eccellente. L'unica cosa i letti sono molto duri e non c'erano spugne x i piatti x l'angolo cottura. Il prezzo x una notte e' stato molto caro ma visto che era l'ultimo dell'anno posso anche capirlo. Nel complesso un soggiorno molto piacevole. Appartamento ampio, luminoso, silenzioso e confortevole.

Hyvä hotelli, hyvät palvelut lähellä.

Hyvä hotelli, tilava, siisti. Aivan loistavaa palvelua ja apuja saimme henkilökunnalta. Hyvät palvelut lähellä. Ilmainen polkupyörän lainaaminen kuuluu huoneiden hintaan ja tekee liikkumisesta todella helppoa ympäri Riminiä.

Рядом пляж, можно купаться вместо отельного бассейна. Хотя бассейн тоже хороший для детей. Пешком в центр города за полчаса дойдёте мимо магазинов и ресторанчиков. Очень радушный персонал! Велосипеды бесплатно на 2 часа. Кухня очень удобная, есть даже гейзерная кофеварка, посуды достаточно и ножи острые! Вся сантехника работает и ванная комната просторная. Спасибо персоналу отеля! Рекомендую семьям с детьми.

Good value apartment in traditional area

Good basic lodgings, very pleasant staff and in traditional family resort area of San Giuliano Mare. Nearly on beach, but also easy walk to Rimini old town, and Borgo San Giuliano, both historic interesting areas. Great good value Italian restaurants all around, and easy access to both A14 for exploring further afield by car, or the Italian rail network.

Stanza piccola e poco funzionale, buona posizione

Avevo prenotato per 5 ma avevano preparato una stanza da 4, una volta aggiunto il quinto letto la stanza diventava piccola e assolutamente poco sfruttabile, un climatizzatore funziona male, l’altro (quello funzionante) dopo poco comincia a perdere acqua di condensa che cola sull’interruttore della luce e sulla presa elettrica provocando dei cortocircuito, chiedo di cambiare stanza ma non hanno disponibilità, supporto del doccino rotto...insomma dalla mia esperienza parlarne bene è impossibile

Hotellia kunnostettiin. Maali haisi niin ettei pystynyt hengittämään. Olin matkalla 3 pienen lapsen kanssa. Hotelli vaikutti rakennustyö maalta. Työkaluja ja maalipurkkeja ympäriinsä. Uima-allas tyhjä. Huone likainen, suihku vuoti, hella rikki. Ainoa hyvä pointti oli ystävällinen nainen respasta. Tosin häntä oli vaikea tavoittaa. Saavuin lasten kanssa yöllä ja jouduin odottamaan ulkona puoli tuntia, koska yö vahti ei ollut paikalla, vaikka toisin ilmoitettiin.

Stay here was lovely, unfortunately we would not recommend it as it was too far from the main areas - we had a minimum of 30 minute walk to marina central and the main piazza which was just too far. Therefore location let it down

Nära till stranden!

Vi missade infon om att rummet städas endast en gång per vecka. Utöver detta var receptionens personal väldigt serviceminded. 400 m till stranden, 400 m till Conrad (matbutik), inte så mkt restauranger att välja bland, men vi hittade en billig och mkt bra restaurang på den asfalterade vägen längs stranden om man gick till vänster med hotellet i ryggen. Gå ytterligare 200 m på denna väg tills ni kommer till en blå byggnad. Familjeägt och supertrevligt! Stranden i övrigt, här gäller det att förboka solstolspaket. 88 euro för 2 personer och 6 dagar. Vi var bara här i 3 dagar och då kunde man inte hyra solstol utan gå till kommunal strand som var ok, men utan solstolar och parasoll.

Great budget studio in quiet yet central location

Relaxing stay in quiet and insular part of Rimini, with great family oriented bars and restaurants, still close to old town and lovely old area of Borgo San Giuliano, as well as the main strip of Rimini resort. The apartment block is well located back from, but adjacent to the seafront, and is run by a friendly team. Pool area is compact with insufficient space for all apartments, but pleasant on the days you can get a spot.

X il parcheggio dovevo fare non so quanti giri e dovevo andare a parcheggiare a 300,metri senza custodia, prenotato tramite col senter cagnolina piccolissima non mi anno detto niente mi e' costata 9 euro al giorno x me e'1 cavolata non mi e piaciuto x niente la sera non c'era niente dovevo andare in un'altro posto insomma fa pena

Проживали две недели в августе 2015 года. Расположен прекрасно. Море в двух шагах . До магазина с продуктами минут 5-7. Бесплатно предоставляют велосипеды. Отдыхали с двумя детьми 6 и 11 лет. Все понравилось . Комнаты достаточно просторные.

Sehr angenehm,alles vorhanden und in einem tadelosen Zustand.Grandioser Blick von der Dachterasse.Gepflegte Poolanlage,super gelegen,10 Minuten von den Bettenburgen und halligalli entfernt und nur 1Minute vom Strand.Linke Seite der Bucht ist ein öffentlicher Strandabschnitt.Der Schönere liegt 15 Minuten Richtung Süden in Riccione,herrlich dort!Wir können diese Residenz bestens empfehlen!

gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, Zimmer sehr sauber, es gibt jedoch kein Zimmer-Service während Aufenthalt, Komfort in Zimmer ist gut, Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, hat teilweise aber nur wenige oder gar keine Fremdsprachenkenntnisse Top-Lage, sehr familien- und kinderfreundliche Umgebung (v.a. Strände), man fühlt sich fernab vom Touristenrummel in Rimini und ist doch ganz nah dran (per Bus in ca. 5 min. in der Stadt) Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen und würde es selbst wieder buchen!
