La mia prima visita a Rio. Appartamento cone me l'aspettavo,pulizia ok,accoglienza perfetta. Ascensore ok (anche se piccolo,come in tutti gli ecifici datati). Portineria molto gentile. Posizione dell'appartamento mi è piaciuta molto,anche la via stessa dove si trova(Rua Boilivar). ,'unico neo il doppio meccanidmo di chiusura della porta, un po' stancante. Doppio bagno una bella comodità. Ciao Luciano,ciao Gudo, ciao Marzio!!

Foi tudo bom demais! O apartamento é pequeno, mas funcional, com todo o necessário. Perfeito para quatro pessoas, como nós. Teria lugar até para cinco pessoas. Muito limpo, bem organizado, muito próximo a praia, localização excelente, com muito comércio e restaurantes a volta. A Wan, que nos levou a chave, uma simpatia de pessoa. Os porteiros, muito educados e prestativos, também. Enfim, foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Lo bueno: Ubicación, seguridad, ascensor, playa cerca, tiendas cercas, supermercado cerca, cocina pequeña pero se resuelve Lo malo: Deben tener las ropas de camas más frescas, que sean lavadas recientes, ya que olían a ropa guardadas en armario por mucho tiempo ya saben si van a este apartamento deben llevar sus sábanas y cubrecamas, así como también los cojines de los muebles también tienen esas condiciones.

Für den Aufenthalt war alles erforderliche gegeben. Der Besitzer der Wohnung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.Nach einem Deffekt der Dusche hat er noch am selben Tag uns eine Ersatzwohnung zu Verfügung gestellt.

Ficamos neste apto no final de semana, e foi maravilhoso, TD igual está descrito, lugar limpo e não falta nada, fomos em três adultos e uma criança, super tranquilo, o dono foi super educado e como chegamos um pouco mais tarde que o previsto, deixou as chaves com o zelador que foi muito educado, pertinho da praia, comércio abundante, tudo perfeito e com certeza voltaremos.....

Gostaria de agradecer ao anunciante Sr. Juliano, e em especial ao Sr. Luciano proprietário do apartamento e seus funcionários pela excelente estadia de 5 dias com 4 hóspedes. Ocorreram problemas antes do check-in que foram facilmente resolvidos diretamente com o Sr. Juliano e Luciano. Esse atendimento antes da estadia for crucial para minha boa experiência. As informações anunciadas correspondem a realidade. Não senti falta de nenhum item necessário para uma boa comodidade. A localização do apartamento foi outro diferencial, pois além de ser próximo a praia, fica logo em frente a um supermercado, também próximo de uma avenida comercial com padarias, restaurantes, bancos e muito mais. Em síntese, superou minhas expectativas !!!

O proprietário, Sr. Luciano, e o anunciante, Juliano, bem como os funcionários do condomínio, Sr. Gilberto e Sr. Márcio, foram muito atenciosos. O apartamento correspondia ao anúncio, tendo tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia mais longa para uma família de até 4 pessoas, todos os utensílios necessários ao conforto. O local onde fica localizado o apartamento é perfeito, sendo que a cidade (mas principalmente o bairro, Copacabana) dispensam apresentações, tendo vida noturna, praias, bares, restaurantes, lojas, transporte público e tudo o mais. Amamos passar doze dias nesse apartamento e nos sentimos em casa.
