"My recent stay at Hotel Dann in Colombia was a mixed experience. The hotel's security team was outstanding. They were professional, welcoming, genuinely helpful, and always willing to assist whenever needed. Their excellent service made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our stay. I would also like to commend the restaurant manager, who was bilingual and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to assist guests and ensured that concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. Customer service was lacking, and interactions often felt unfriendly and unaccommodating. Additionally, several restaurant staff members did not demonstrate the level of customer care and hospitality that guests would expect from a hotel of this standard. While there were some exceptional team members who made a positive impact on our stay, there is definitely room for improvement in customer service training, particularly at the front desk and within the restaurant team. Special thanks again to the security staff and the restaurant manager for their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction."

"The hotel is very well located and the property is nice, clean and modern. The staff is really attentive and they provide genuinely good service. Rooms are spacious and the breakfast has plenty of options, however my stay was heavily affected by maintenance issues and poor execution. 1 week before my arrival I was informed that the pool would be under programmed maintenance but that it would reopen by the day of my arrival, however it remained closed during that entire day, and when it finally opened the water was freezing cold due to heater problems. Unfortunately, this issue continued throughout the stay. On a 7 days stay, we were able to enjoy the pool only 1 day. The biggest disappointment was loud construction and nonstop drilling above our room at 8pm, which eventually forced us to change rooms late in the evening after a long day, having to pack everything, etc To their credit, management refunded one night and the staff made an effort afterward, but overall the hotel did not feel fully prepared to operate at the level expected for the price and experience promised."

"The staff was rude and snobbish upon arrival. One of the fenwjw hostesses behind the front desk had the audacity to refer to me as Mr. Daniels multiple times as she could clearly see I was a woman. It was very insulting. She continued to refer to me as Mr. Daniels even after I indicated to her to refer to me Ms. Daniels. Then as I attended breakfast in the morning I asked for an omelette with Cheese, spinach and onions that was egg white. I got a yellow scrambled egg omelette with no cheese just onions and spinach. I also requested a cappuccino and had to request for it to come three times as the waitress kept saying she forgot."
