"My stay there was excellent"

"This hotel is clean, and the staff is friendly. It is located on a main strip, so it’s near the university, shopping, and restaurants. There are no water stations—only ice, so bring extra water. Also, the breakfast menu leaves a little to be desired. I’ve stayed twice, and it was the same each time. Nothing fresh except for a small bowl of waxed fruit. "

"The stay itself for the 1 night was ok I guess. The room was small small and I have stayed at several microtels and they were all big but this one. We had to leave because of an emergency and I ask for my other nights stay refunded and the hotel denied me after they told me it was t up to them it was up to hotel.com and hotel.com said it was up to the hotel. So they both told a story. Then they added 25.00 to my hotel stay for incidents and I haven't even gotten that back and the room was left just like it was when we got there. So they tell stories about their stay and this is only at the searcy Arkansas site. I would not recommend anyone staying there unless you want to lose money. The front desk guy when we got there was very nice but the one when we left was very rude and lied to my face and then when I called back after I talked to hotels.com was even more rude. So I will not ever be staying at a microtel again and probably will not use hotel.com ever again either."

"The staff was awesome! From the time we came in the front door until we left, everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. The breakfast attendant went out of her way to accommodate our wishes. The rooms were large, comfortable and quiet. The beads were very comfortable. The only negative was that the pool was closed. It would have been nice if that was stated on the website. "

"This is a bare bones unit. There are only two lights in the unit with the bathroom being one of them. There no maid service. In three days, they only came by to see if we needed anything."

"They never came to clean the room.we asked when we where checking out if we needed to take our pizza box to throw it away and the lady at the desk said we would get our deposit back as long there was no holes in the wall or blood stains on the sheets. "

"The room is good, the bed is comfortable, breakfast is good, and the ev charging is why I chose your hotel, and that has been excellent. Unfortunately, we are in an accessible room, and on the second day of our stay, the carpets in the hallways on our entire floor were ripped out and being replaced. We are being bombarded by chemicals in the air, holes in the carpet padding between our door and the elevator, which is a tripping hazard not only for me but also my 86 year old mother who is the reason for the accessible room to begin with. There has been equipment, tools, and electrical cords between us and the elevator (which is currently cleared) since 3 pm. on Friday, April 3rd, when we checked in. It's now after 10 pm. on Saturday, April 4th, and the work is still continuing, and the hallways are not halfway done. The only warning sign is on the floor side of the elevator and can't be seen until you are getting back onto the elevator to leave the floor. There is no warning of any construction before you get to the floor. On Sunday, April 5th, when we were attempting to checkout, the carpet padding was being laid down and there was excessive pieces that made it harder to get the trolley and the wheelchair out."
