"I would stay there again and longer if I had know it was such a great place, it's only a 20 minute drive to cades cove main gate. If you like to walk or run, the townsend main walking and bike trail is in the front yard, its close enough to the gas stations and eatery in townsend that its only a two minute drive to the main ones. Beds would be my only grip, they had spring mattresses and not foam, but still slept great on them."

"Stayed from a Wed to Sun The property was okay. The beds were comfortable The air mattress had holes in them. The driveway is very steep. I wouldnt recommend more then 3 cars. when you park at the top its slippery when wet walking down. It is NOT handicap friendly Only way is by stairs. The house was just wiped over. Not deep cleaned There was a dirty sock in 1 of the beds. Cob webs in windows. We had 18 people, but only 13 towels, we ran out of garbage space, but we were checking out so we didnt have to pay 25 to carry it off somewhere. The view is nice. The gps goes straight to property which was nice. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the strip at pigeons forge which was perfect for us. The air didn't seem to cool like it should. I asked about a fire pit and the owner said there wasnt one, but didnt tell us it was not allowed so we brought one from home, to have s'mores, it made the smoke alarm go off. He called and asked us to put it out, which we did But before we could we had to get tools to fix the broken hose, and while doing so he watched and listened to us through the camera. Very uncomfortable. I did get a notification about a refund, for being an educator, but i dont have my card anymore, so i probably cant receive it. It served its pupose for our family. We couldnt stay agian because 2 of us have issues with stairs. Wifi didnt work good. We saw bears everyday, we were there they were very neat to watch and see up close"

"Hosts were incredible! Air conditioner went down one evening and it was immediately handled! They also paid for our dinner out as it was too hot to cook in the cabin, my family was so grateful. The place is gorgeous, view is fantastic, hot tub was the best and the bear encounters were daily! I did wish the pool was within walking distance but having access to one was great. If I were to pick something that could use work, it was the cleanliness of the place.. it hadn’t seen a mop or dusting in quite some time and there was food/bottles/trash under the beds and in the bedside drawers. I would recommend this cabin as it is in a quiet neighborhood and within a short drive to all of the excitement."
