"The shower was unusable. It was also constantly dripping. We notified the staff who said they were aware of the issue and a part was ordered. No offer was made to change rooms or discount the rate. Breakfast was decent. Location was great."

"The room was clean and well maintained and check in was a breeze! Had a frustrating time trying to use the TV's (Roku kept forgetting the wifi) but the amenities more than made up for it! Plenty of areas to gather, cook and have a picnic, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, good breakfast and a beautiful location! Highly recommended! "

"Location is the best part. Hearing the babble of the river and wildlife was great. It is located walking distance to Peaceful Side Social and IGA. Company Distilling and entrance to GSMNP are minutes away by car. Place was mostly clean and well appointed inside. Needs improvement: Infestation of carpenter bees, which were buzzing around by the dozens and raining sawdust on us (and all the furniture) anytime we were on the balcony."

"Great location and beautiful space. Traveled for spring break with 3 other families (lots of kids) and we had plenty of space to hang out, eat, and sleep. Megan is a very responsive and gracious host. Heads up for future guest is to be aware of the noise rules. We got a warning within 2 hours of checking in so just be aware. After that we still hung out outside to grill and use the hot tub but just had to be more mindful of the noise. Again, this didn't ruin our stay I just want others to be mindful."

"The view from the cabin was phenomenal . The air conditioning issues were a negative only because of the unusually high temperatures during the day. Window could use some screens since that had to be open to make the cabin temperature tolerable. There were some cobwebs high on the fireplace that drew the eyes. I am still awaiting my 10% discount refund 4 days after my stay."
