"This is an amazing place if you have kids its so beautiful and pool is just amazing. Staff is super welcoming. They also gave us 1 hour extra for checkout when we asked as our son wanted to have some extra pool time before leaving the hotel. We had breakfast in room and service was great and taste too! Highly recommend!"

"There was no staff on site at all. All details to check in/room assignment etc was done via text message so there was no physical presence to talk to if we had any concerns/issues/ask advice of. It was also unfortunate that the restaurant on property was closed. While we still made use of the patio it would have been far better to have had the restaurant and patio bar open per the property's website and public facing marketing materials."
