"When I arrived to check in, the associate advised me there was a 100 dollar deposit that was cash only that I needed to stay there. I let them know nothing of this was mentioned in the itinerary, anything we read or anywhere on line, they then said it was at the managers discretion. I asked them if there ATM worked he said no,so I had to leave, drive about 5 minutes to go to an atm, then come back pay that before I could check in, I got it back the next morning, but it was the annoyance of not knowing, then having to leave to get cash. The bed in the room was very very hard, and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest."

"This place was great very cozy and comfortable and in a great location - only a few minutes walk to the beach. It has pretty much anything you’d need amenity-wise. Also the outdoor shower was excellent for bathing our dog after a beach run. Would definitely stay there again!"

"The house itself was beautifully furnished with comfy beds and a decently stocked kitchen. Plus, you can’t beat being under a 5-minute walk to the sand.However, a major heads-up for families: there is very little to do in the immediate area. Because the weather was too chilly to swim, we struggled significantly to keep our two teenagers entertained. We ended up driving 1.5 hours to Myrtle Beach just to find some activity.Bottom line: A lovely, high-quality home, but if you aren't spending every second on the beach, be prepared to drive a long way for any local "action.""

"An excellent house for a big group. 2 washing machines, a lot of bathrooms, several refrigerators for storing cold items and drinks. A lot of areas to sit and get away if you need some quiet time in a house with a lot of people. Lots of great sleeping options for families. The kids loved the heated pool (which was very warm), and gave us a good option with it being cooler in April. The property management company had excellent communication and came right away when we had an issue with the ice maker. Would recommend and would stay again! "
