The hotel is in good overall condition, and the staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. However, the cleanliness needs significant improvement. When we arrived, we found women’s hair in the bathroom and a roll of toilet paper that was almost finished. My parents’ room was in such poor cleaning condition that we had to request a room change. The breakfast could also be improved, as the same menu was served for all three days. Overall, the staff was great, but housekeeping and breakfast variety definitely need more attention.
