"I was in a room on the 1st floor because I can't go up a lot of stairs. I was only there for one night. The sign is hard to see at night, that's how I drove right by it. This room came with its own bath which was great. The tub was a bit too steep and needs to have something to mitigate slipping, maybe accessibility bars on the side. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and tidy, I much appreciated that."

"The owner was my guardian angel and I'm so grateful for him! !! I got left in Lake Placid during a bus trip to Niagaa Falls and I ended up in the ER for 12 hours. I ended up being stuck in town with no ride and the only bus route for the weekend wouldve been a 20 hour ride for 4 hrs of distance. I had no money until I got paid the following day. He gave me the room until my check hit the bank which was so kind of him!! Most people wouldn't have hltthe chance"

"We stayed in the room with the kitchenette and it was huge! The bed was comfy too. I know that most people probably don’t cook, but we usually will cook breakfast. The pans were cheap nonstick pans that were all burned and scratched up but other than that we had a great experience."
