"We rented this for my son’s wedding which was nearby in Harwich Port. The listing was as accurate as the property but more beautiful in person on a perfect sunny 68* weekend. When we arrived, it was 72 and we had hiked nearby, and swam in the heated pool. My only disappointment was we didn’t have enough time to utilize all the amenities because of our commitment to the wedding festivities. The space was perfect for being all together on the main floor but also there was enough room to roam and escape if you wanted. The 6 siblings and patriarch (96) were so impressed we are considering coming back for Thanksgiving weekend! Thank you for making our family filled weekend perfect. The views were amazing also as we watched the sunrise and moonrise right from the second floor balcony. Kudos to Pretty Picky Properties…"

"This cottage was the perfect getaway. A quick five-minute walk to the beach means you will enjoy sunrises and sunsets over the water every day. The private outdoor shower on the patio made beach visits a breeze. The cottage had a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. It is important to point out that linens and paper products were not supplied. We had friends nearby who loaned us the linens we needed, but if you are flying into the area, you'll want to plan for this. We highly recommend this cottage and look forward to returning in the future!"
