"Room was spacious and clean. Room was quiet and had a great harbor view. Valet was efficient and friendly but expansive. Parking in the garage is half the price and offers a covered enclosed corridor to and from the hotel which is convenient. Walkable to great restaurants and shopping."

"They nickel and dime you on the parking, on the fee of $25 for Wi-Fi and the gym . The person at the front desk would rather be anywhere but there. Weak electric car charging station. And only one. it wasn’t a fun experience. I cannot recommend it."

"We were put in the wrong type of room which was manageable but annoying when traveling with a child. They only refreshed towels once during our stay of 4 nights and the room had a spot where the fridge had clearly leaked prior to us arriving, leaving it soggy. The room was dark. The staff was wonderful and very friendly but the hotel itself left much to be desired. You have to reserve a pool time as well which was a pain. "

The "fitness center" is basically none existent, the staff isn't very knowledgeable of the local area, I waited for 20mins at valet to drop off my vehicle when I arrived, the breakfast buffet was cancelled some time ago, but they still advertise it as an offering... needless to say it is very overpriced for what they're actually offering.
