"We stayed at this location for a night. Unfortunately, we had several issues. The room key didn’t work…twice we had to go down to the front desk. They had to move us to a different floor. The elevators were not functioning properly…which staff told us has been the case for awhile. The hallway floors were filthy…did not appear to have been vacuumed in several days, if not much longer. Lastly, the comforter smelled like body odor…super unpleasant experience. The property has potential, however, it is not well-maintained. Also, a lot of street noise."

"The bathroom and chairs weren't cleaned properly. Hairs were left in tub visible to the naked eye. No need to be close to see them. Could clearly tell it wasnt cleaned after last guest left. I usually clean anyway but that was far too obvious. TV kept cutting out while i played YouTube videos and watched some tv. Otherwise and overall, I cant complain much. It was a nice stay. Very comfortable."

"What I liked about this hotel was the attached restaurant. Ate there my first night and it was great. Unfortunately, much of the stay was lacking. I spent 2 nights as a single traveler. I found the check in process awkward and not matching what I was actually charged. And, nobody explained you need to use your key for the elevator nor times for breakfast, or location of the fitness room, or use of pool. The fitness room was super small and ceiling was really low, yet equipment worked. Pool looks cold and uninviting almost like it hasn’t been used in years. Breakfast started on time. Many fought attendants use this location because it’s inexpensive and close to the airport. Which means majority of the seating is taken up by them. The breakfast looks like cake batter waffles, cold coffee, and watery eggs. I mean who goes to Boston to eat your hotels breakfast anyways. My suggestion if go someplace else. The room felt dirty and old when I walked in, the couch had stains, floor had stains, towels were ruff, and too many pillows on the bed. Who needs 4 (all smaller than normal) pillows. I chose to sleep not in the sheets. Didn’t trust it. Overall, I’d find a different location next time for sure."

"The Revolution Hotel has a beautiful and stylish lobby with a modern vibe. However, for guests who need to work remotely, the seating arrangements are not very practical. The high chairs around the tables are quite uncomfortable for extended periods, and while the sofas are more comfortable, they are not suitable for working with a laptop. The room itself was extremely small, and the bathroom layout was also inconvenient and uncomfortable. While the hotel has a trendy atmosphere and may appeal to younger travelers, I would not recommend it for guests in our age group. It seems much better suited for people in their twenties or early thirties who prioritize location and style over comfort and space. Overall, the hotel has a youthful, boutique feel and an attractive common area, but for mature travelers looking for comfort, functionality, and a more spacious room, there are better options available in Boston.
