If i was to be critical - a small coffee table and chair would have been good and the shower, hot and plenty of water, flooded a bit quick. "

"A listed building providing facilities for functions. Some bedrooms are in the original building with old beams etc. Other bedrooms are located in adjoining annexe building. We had a mini suite which was spacious, had a large double bed, sofa, table with 2 arm chairs. Ensuite walk in shower, wc etc. Lighting was a bit gloomy but the room was very comfortable. "A lovely hotel with great facilities. The twin room was huge with plenty of space and really comfy beds! Good value breakfast with lots of options. We also used the pool which was an added bonus. Although mostly adults seemed to be staying in the hotel, my 3 year old was made to feel very welcome. We will definitely be back! "

"We stayed at the Red Lion for a few days as we were meeting family. The accommodation is situated at the back of the pub and is bright and clean. You can access it by walking through the pub or walking round the back. There is plenty of parking but it can get busy when the pub is open! It’s situation means you have easy access to get to many places by road very quickly. The staff who work there are fantastic and very helpful. "Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. "
