"Overall it was a good place to stay. It’s a very simple place, which is great for Assisi. The biggest issue is the communication from the host. The host sent an email the day we were supposed to check in with crucial info to get in the property. The host didn’t tell us to look out for this email, and we didn’t have data, so we didn’t check our email when Wi-Fi was available. The host should have told us when we made the reservation to expect an email the day of check in."

"The restaurant the room was attached to was good but it seemed like the owner as an afterthought decided to let out rooms. My room was small and shabby. The bathroom was just as tiny. The old satin machine-quilted bedcover had seen better days and its underside had rust stains. The mattress was old and somewhat lumpy. "Our stay was extraordinary. It was our third time in Assisi and we decided to explore this remodeled Palazzo. Centrally located in town and just a few minutes walking from the center plaza. You can walk to all the important sites, stores and restaurants from this property. The staff at the Palazzo treated us so nicely and were so attentive to our every need for our family of 8 (including a baby ) during our 5 day stay. We are so grateful to Herminia, Rita and all of the others that took care of...

"Hace falta un pequeño lobby o comedor, para poder desayunar fuera de la habitación; no nos gustó tener que desayunar dentro de la habitación durante los días de estancia. También hubiéramos querido cambio diario de toallas y un bote de basura adicional al del baño."

"Lo primero lo positivo: llegué un poco antes de lo previsto y me hicieron un check.in adelantado, y cuando te mueves por trabajo eso se aprecia. Pero hay que tener en cuenta que NO es un hotel, es un B&B, y como tal no tienen una mesa donde poder trabajar si la necesitas. Por ultimo, el desayuno (continental…) resulta muy muy muy escaso por lo que cobran. Eso sí… las tax turistas se pagan obligatoriamente en metálico."
