They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine.

The room was very nice. My dog found a tooth picker just under the side of the bed. We are lucky he brought it too us. He could of swallowed it and caused a foreign body. The bath tub was exteremly slippery both me and my husband slipped in the tub. On line its says pet $15 per pet but was charged $25 per pet.
