"Very handy for the SBB station, just a few minutes walk. They press you to check in and out online, but don't provide language options, so you are reliant on Google Translate. I'm not sure if I could have just done this at the desk, it's unclear. That said, it was unstaffed when I left. Room itself was great, large with comfortable beds. Well sound-proofed despite facing a main road / tramway. Only issue was that housekeeping hadn't checked the shower gel dispenser - it was empty. I didn't eat as I had an early train so just grabbed something from Migros on the station, but they did offer breakfast."

"Very close to SBB - public transport. If you like the zoo it’s very close. We received a tourist card so public transportation was free and a lot of tourist attractions had great discounts. Would stay there again."

"The queen room was small. Loved that the window opened. Loved that they had breakfast, a bar and could order a light dinner of pizza. Great location to our retreat at the arena in Basel. And close to trams, buses."
