First the hotel is A ok and I was going through a tough time, but I was safe and had plenty of time to rest. They were good and the rooms were adequate and pleasant. My only problem is that I need public transportation and they were too far from it. Otherwise they have a good laundry, a nice front lobby, good vending machines and I was never bothered. The location is pretty far south if you have business uptown or in the North of the city. However they were good to me and I recommend them.

They are ok and I've stayed on a weekend twice with them. The facility is fine. It was private, clean, neat. I get plenty of rest. They have laundry and vending machines which are helpful. I guess what I don't like is that they are really far from a bus stop and I have disability in my legs. I also got stressed this time but it's not because of them . They charge $15 for a late checkout and I don't like that. Overall they were good but I'd rather be closer to a bus stop. (It's 1/2 hours walk away).

Everything was going well until about 10 days into my stay at Birch Hill in Rochester. My main concern is with the staff. Only 2 individuals. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The 2 that upset me was because they kicked me out after making a new reservation thru an app that got me a 40 dollar cheaper price then what they were trying to charge my girlfriend at the desk to extend out stay. I came down from my room to extend after booking online and they refused to let me continue to stay there when i had been there for 10 days already. What really upset me is they told me they were calling the police if we wernt out in 30 minutes and i was scheduled to be at work i. 15 minutes. They didnt give me any logical reasoning for why they were making me leave. It was discrimination because i did bothing wrong to violate any policy, nor was i rude or hostile when the told me to leave. I asked to speak to the manager who i had been checking in with at the desk the previous few days and they refused to let me speak to him or give me his info. I was 2 hours late for work subsequently. I would hate for anyone to have to go thru that like i did so i am writing on here for you to know what they do to thier paying customers there

I was kicked out of the property by woman at the desk after I had been staying there for 2 weeks after I had extended my stay there day to day which was not an issue with them for the 3 days in a row prior to the day they kicked me out. I start work at 5pm and they told me I had an hour to get out or they were calling the cops at 4pm. I explained I already booked thru the app and they cancelled my reservation and told me I had to leave. I ended up an hour and a half late for work because I had to pack up and leave the hotel. I asked to speak to the manager and they refused to let me talk to him. He was very helpful the previous days and is this no reflection a review on my interactions with him.
