Amazing quiet location on dead end street near park, excellent restaurants, shopping and Mayo Clinic. Unpack and unwind with choice of shade or sun patio, abundance of walking trails & exercise equipment. All the amenities to cook and launder, we have you taken care of. We look forward to welcoming you to Rochester!

    Enjoy 3 floors of space in this home with fresh paint, new carpet, and new furniture. Main floor boasts a kitchen and dining area. Upper floor has 3 queen bedrooms all with TVs, and a full bathroom. The lower level has an additional queen bedroom, family space, large rec room, full bathroom and down 5 more stairs is a fully equipped laundry room. Inside you can enjoy WIFI, TV, books, puzzles, games, foosball table and exercise bike. There are 3 steps in to the home.

    Outside you will find both a sun patio and a shaded covered patio.

    The home is located 7 minutes (2 miles) from Mayo Clinic Downtown Campus, and 5 minutes from St. Mary’s Hospital. Nearby you will find grocery stores (Trader Joe's & Hy-vee), gas stations, Apache Mall and restaurants. 1 block down the street from the home are walking trails and a large park. Quick access to the home from Highway 52 and Highway 63.
