Welcome to Twin Coho in Rockaway Beach! This gorgeous two-story vacation rental offers four bedrooms and two baths, with space for up to ten guests! Step inside your home away from home and get comfortable! This quaint rental features beautiful bay windows and a deck where you can watch the sunset during the summer or enjoy storm-watching during the winter months! You'll have direct beach access to the grass and sand right from the deck!

The spacious living room offers plenty of space to relax, enjoy a family movie night, or just hang out during the day. The kitchen, located just off the living room, comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a homemade meal or serve takeout for your family! There's a dining room table, an island with chairs for extra seating, or feel free to relax on the couch while enjoying your meal.

Each bedroom in Twin Coho offers plenty of natural light, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each room comes with its own TV, allowing you to unwind before falling asleep. The sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin beds, accommodating all guests comfortably. The bathrooms feature a jacuzzi bath, a shower, and a shower/tub combo. For convenience, a washer and dryer are included, making it easy to pack light and do laundry as needed during your stay.

Perfect for a relaxing weekend

This wonderful home sits right on the beach in Rockaway and you can watch the surf from the living room or from the big, beautiful deck. The house is older and shows a bit of wear but is clean and comfortable.

Great view for spring storms

We stayed here in March, and pretty much stayed inside the whole time (as planned) The primary living area has a 180 degree view of the beach and the ocean is very close. We ate food, played games, and visited for the weekend. There are lots of typical beach town shops, bakeries, restaurants, and things near by, but the weather was nasty so we just stayed in. I can see how this would be a great location in the summer as well.

Beautiful getaway!

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful large deck, property right on the beach :). Loved the view from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Nice to spend a few days on the beach with my hubby and pups. We will be back !

Excellent On The Ocean Home Best View

Excellent View of Rockaway Beach! Best thing about this home. We were given the wrong access code so had to contact the property manager, finally got the correct code to enter the home. Beautiful view from inside the LR and MB. This would be a great home for family with older kids. You do have to walk down rocks to get to beach and only access to home is up stairs as entire home is above the garage. But a great property for RIGHT ON THE BEACH!

This location and its views are the greatest reasons for our stay. This is a no thrills home with original everything but fully stocked kitchen and the bedrooms had plenty of space and accommodations, I would have loved for there to be some outdoor furniture so we could eat meals on the deck and enjoy that morning cup of coffee taking in the gorgeous views and sounds of the ocean. For this reason, I gave it only 4 stars. I would absolutely book again as it suited my family of 4 and two grandparents wonderfully.

OK Beach House

Needs attention.. no beach chairs, no deck chairs or table, blinds are a mess and didn't work the best. The air vents are terrible and need cleaned, NO AC so it was hot hot hot no fans in the closets, the BBQ is garbage not good to use. When you pay a high price per night you should have the listed amenities available. Overall close to beach but lacked the luster in everything else.

Beachfront house

The location was spectacular, steps from the sand. There is a great deck, but no furniture on it. There are folding card table chairs you can drag out and sit on, but no table or lawn chairs. Great fire pit, but the 'grass' had some type of stickers/ weeds that really hurt if you walked barefoot . One of the dining set chairs was broken and frankly dangerous. The chairs are on rollers, and swivel and rock, very comfy. but one was broken and if you leaned back it would topple you over backwards. We pushed it up against a wall. There are 2 outdoor faucets to rinse off sand, but neither worked. The parking was generous, easy to park 3 large SUVs, could have squeezed more in. But, again the location and how close you are to the beach are fabulous.

Wrong door code, dead batteries in 3 remotes w/no extra batteries, broken fan/light switch, no kitchen towels, no foil or cooking oil, no TV instructions, rusted cookware, claw marks on bathroom door from a prior guest. Beach access is VERY difficult.

Thank you for a wonderful week at the Twin Coho! It’s a beautiful, spacious house with an amazing view. We loved it. We do have one suggestion for improving your guests’ overall experience: please provide some instructions and clear expectations for use of the house’s televisions. (The existing instructions found in that white info binder are out of date and irrelevant to the current setup).I realize that general procedures for using TVs in rental homes is probably common knowledge among young people, but several of the folks in our group are older people who have little to no understanding of how streaming services work, let alone streaming services in someone else’s house.In addition to providing clear, printed documentation about available television services, I also recommend placing the televisions in some type of “guest mode” while renters are occupying the house. Doing so would prevent the homeowner’s account from being charged for a guest’s purchases, unintended or otherwise. I am the youngest of my group, and yet even my knowledge of how streaming works is fairly limited, so such confusion seems likely to recur. That said, I’m sure that clearer instructions posted at the house – along with security measures restricting access - will help prevent future mishaps. Thank you again and best regards!

It was easy access to a large beach which provided a great place for the dogs to run and long walks. Rockaway is a small beach side community and was very relaxing but an easy drive to lots of other activities. The living room furniture was a little worn but the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect family beach house

This is a perfect home for a quiet beach getaway! OCEAN FRONT views are AMAZING from both inside and out! The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. It was dog friendly and loved the railing around the deck so we could let him outside to enjoy the sunshine without being tied up. Beach access was just a few steps away to the quiet and beautiful stretch of sand that wasn't overcrowded (for this time of year anyway)! We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful walks and playing ball with our dog Stanley. The property management was very nice to work with and communicated well. The only thing missing was outdoor deck furniture so just be sure to throw in some lawn chairs, which thankfully we did. We will defintely stay here again!!

Reviewer Comments: The house was nice, everything we needed, excellent view, and a lot of space however, I know it is a "pet" house, but maybe the furnace filters need to be cleaned? the house triggered my asthma quit a bit, and I have pets at home, (cats & dog) and I never have an issue. So if you have asthma, take the nebulizer! The one bed in the back room was super hard, but the other queen beds were Ok.
