Office was closed at 5pm Sunday. Lady on phone was helpful & delivered me a key. Parking for very small car (unit 1). Room very clean, but fan above bed, needs a good clean. Not much traffic noise. Air-conditioning worked well & shower hot and fast. Big tick

Family friendly place to stay

One night stay but friendly reception. Comfy room with many nice touches you get in big hotels. I made a little mess but no cleaning gear to fix it. Convenient little kitchenette in the room and a comfy bed. I was in the room closest to the entry and road but quiet enough and a good location to get around town. Shopping was nearby as is the zoo and Botanic gardens - a great spot to see the sunset with birdlife and the lake.

Parking was fine. Kitchen was great, everything I needed. First night was very noisy from passing trucks & traffic. Next day I realised there was a window open in the bathroom. Next night was great. Very low price. Good value. Everything I needed.

They need to check inside rooms that all is working eg: bathroom/toilet door wouldn’t close over properly very tight parking within the facility no extra blankets mattress uncomfortable no information booklets in rooms tv not working properly but it was a safe place to lay your head

Staff was friendly and helpful. The motel room shows its age and there was mould in the bathroom. Needs a clean and the whole room would be good after a renovation. Parking spaces too small and confined. Not much traffic noise but loud people outside the room at 5am the day we were there.

Kept well-informed about booking & check-in until arrival; key-box pickup was simple & effective. While it is an older motel, is well-maintained and has everything you need for an overnight stay (or longer). Kitchenette is always very nice to have! Shopping centre easy walk down around corner. Check out similarly simple & easy, would definitely stay here again, thank you.

The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The building is a little tired but serves the purpose. This is offset by the price so it’s great value. There are plenty of dinning options and a supermarket etc within a few minutes walk.

Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good but the hot water took a couple minutes to come through. In the room I stayed in, the shower dripped constantly keeping me awake at times. The bathroom door was very hard to slide close as it had come off the sliders. Air con worked well.

Did not like a notification from wotif asking whether we planned on sleeping together and that they might charge us extra if we used 2 beds! Motel was dated, noisy and unkempt, but clean and staff were fine.

Th staff were friendly. The room was poor. Missing door handle to the bathroom. Broken toilet roll holder. Couldnt turn on shower cold tap. Kitchen door handles missing. Section of carpet missing. Extremly noisy so couldnt sleep therefore left during the early hours of the morning.

The reception staff were very friendly. When we got to the room, the smell was horrible. The bathroom sink was dirty, someone had shaved and not cleaned it. The toilet was dirty, the shower was dirty. The water in the shower was hot but the shower was disgusting. The towels and bed linens were clean. The refrigerator and furniture were dirty and the microwave had hair in it and was filthy. I really do not recommend it. The energy in the place was heavy and the people staying there were strange. I found the price of the accommodation very expensive for what they offer.
