It was my first stay at Accra and I was pleasantly surprised. I have generally heard the property is dated and while it has some old charm, the amenities are modern and the hotel is clean. Staff were lovely. Even had a fresh coconut today from the property. Given it is off-peak, I had the entire pool for myself over this weekend and it was serene and peaceful.

Love the location of this hotel. Needs updating especially the bathroom. They are lacking hand and face towels for every day. The room was clean every day The beach is beautiful!

The hotel is in a great location & is family friendly but there isn’t much to experience there other than the beautiful pool or spa. The rooms are not as modernized/up to date, our bathroom shower had a leak and the door did not keep water from splashing out. The room service was a bit slow but the staff was very friendly

The property itself was beautiful Staff very helpful and friendly the rooms are a different story smelled Old not very clean good thing I had Clorox wipes to wipe Everything Down Curtains Old and Stained Remote control Dirty floors dirty I had alcohol to spray the Bed I had to be moved to another Room there was a Leak coming through light fixture in Bathroom

Thank you to check in staff very helpful. Not sure of the names. But very helpful. Sara and staff at the dining area were very nice and helpful. And shout out to the wait staff that told the chef to put sorbet on my passion fruit cheesecake!! Sooo bomb! Overall I enjoyed my stay. Thank you guys I will be back!!

The staff was amazing i stayed from july 22-31. I booked the 2 bedroom suite there was no extra anything there was ice machine on the floor the elevator went out the second day so anytime i need ice i had to walk down to get ice. Checking out went smoothe but there was nobody to get our luggage our again our elevator was out it took an extra 30+ to get somebody to get our luggage down all while our taxi was outside waiting so he charged us extra because of a wait that wasnt our fault but staff was amazing other wise amazing pools and beach

Bathroom in need of attention. Wash basin only had dribble of water but was fixed when we raised the matter. Toilet flush poor. Breakfast was expensive and with limited choice. No other meals available. Front desk staff were helpful when approached but the hotel had a real ‘out of season’ feel. Location good.

The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I love the fact that every room had a balcony. I chose the oceanfront view with the jacuzzi I must say the view was spectacular. The only thing was my jacuzzi was out of order other than that I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to go back.
