Petty Ranch Inn

"The Petty Ranch Inn was a small, minimalist motel in the heart of Springdale and a perfect spot to explore Zion National Park. It is well located to numerous restaurants and bike rental stores so you could park your car and walk or bike where you wanted to go. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained but there was no closet or drawers for clothes. There was a mini refrigerator. The air conditioner worked well and also served as a sound machine at night. We used the pool and hot tub which were nice after a day of hiking."

"Last town shuttle stop, so not as close to restaurants in town - couldn’t walk to restaurants especially for dinner as shuttle doesn’t run very late."

"Quiet and clean. Ample parking. Close to the park without the crowds. I enjoy a nice restaurant but it was nice to be able to make a few meals ourselves and not eat out all the time. We especially enjoyed visiting and comparing hiking notes with some of the other guests over a cup of coffee in the morning. We sat on the back patio in the evenings and were visited by a mule deer who came to munch on the pomegranates growing in the back yard."
