"The room was pretty average, but the amenities were super. We took advantage of the hot tub after hiking and canoeing. The restaurants on site were excellent—very convenient, as well."

"We only had a short stay, as we had to leave very early to catch a plane, but the place was very clean and quiet. I appreciate the management getting back to me when I had concerns about security when approached by a phishing incident on WhatsApp. The people working at the counter were only so so in service. Didn’t really greet us, and had heads down on computer."

"We had a great time staying here! The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring Canmore and the surrounding Rockies. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was beautiful and very high standards. Loved the floors in the unit and the coat rack. We knew the place was still being renovated but we missed getting the double tree cookies. Staff were very kind and helpful! We would have preferred the sink not be separated from the Toliet and shower. Also would have preferred some brighter lighting over the sink for make up and in general Tv only had cable. Wasn't hooked up to Netflix or anything sadly"

"When reviewing this hotel,some reviews complained about the train noise. Seriously..it is a low rumble that isn't annoying or disturbing in any way ! ( ear plugs are provided for free in the night stand drawer if you are super sensitive!) Talk about considerate service! Our room was super clean and the staff was very kind and professional. We asked to extend our stay for 1 more night (Friday)and even though everywhere was booked solid..the manager here made it possible. The all you can eat breakfast buffet is priced at $11.99 p/person but worth every penny. There is also a beverage room in the hall where you can get coffee, tea or filtered water all day long / free. A big screen tv lounge and a room for your party to sit together (we saw a small Bible reading there in the a.m.) Canmore is pricey ..this hotel falls inline price wise but the added bonuses made it our 1st choice and we were not disappointed!"

"Hotel was great, the staff were very friendly, even the night security guard was nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. 24/h Dennys is also just off the main lobby. Location is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great location and easy to access. I wish there was better attention paid to the toiletries in the bathroom. We walked past one room where the occupant was asking for refills on the shampoo, then we got to our room and there was no conditioner. Beautiful room tho! And so affordable!!"
