"Everything was amazing “EXCEPT” for “1” major problem and 2 other problems. This really really pissed me off because I missed out on half or more of my sleep. Those stupid glass panels on the desk area rattle every time someone would walk on our floor or the floor above us. Finally I got up and packed wet Kleenex between the glass to stop it from rattling. The other things are too many light bulbs are burned out in both of the rooms I had. In the other room besides all the bulbs around the beds area being burned out the phone didn’t work. Come on people. Fix this stuff. An excuse that bulbs have been on order for a month is stupid. Go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy them. "

"I’ve been to other Embassy Suites and this property is outdated. There were limited breakfast options. Otherwise, as a pit stop this place was not taken care of."

"The cleaning needs to be better there was stains on the wall in the mirror for what i pay i expected something nicer we went to the pool no towels at all the breakfast area was not bad at all "

"Kitchen had nothing (no dishes, silverware, glasses, pots or pans). Only stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer (with two empty ice trays in the freezer. Bed was okay and the pillows were great!"

"We had a wonderful stay over an extra long weekend! The house was completely as expected based on the listing. It was clean, and the hosts provided everything we needed and more (the snacks, wine, and coffee supplies were a perfect touch). Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The older home was remodeled very nicely, and while some spaces were necessarily small, the house overall had a ton of room for us to spread out or gather to play games or watch TV. We weren’t sure about the area from the photos/map, but it’s safe and close to SO much shopping and food. We were there for a golf tournament at The Bluffs, and it was a quick and easy drive. I wouldn’t recommend the house to anyone with mobility issues due to the split level design and stairs, but we will definitely be looking to stay there again if we need to be in the area!"
