"We did not have any hot water for our entire trip elevators kept breaking stranding us on the elevator. Then when checking out elevators were down completely and had to walk down nine flights of stairs with our luggage. "

Parking between 5:00 and 7:30 PM is horrible since the hotel parking lot is used for an overflow parking for the restaurant across the road. Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms."

"This is an extended stay. A lot of people use this hotel as their house and it shows. The property is run down. The front desk staff is rude and has an attitude. There was something in my roll that was making me sick. I don’t know if it was mold or just needed a better cleaning, but I will NOT stay at this hotel again. I felt like I wasn’t welcomed there. "
