Situated on the first floor the property comfortably sleeps four guests and enjoys the most fantastic views of the surrounding hills from its large picture windows and balcony.

Inside, the apartment is stylishly furnished with a chalet-style, exposed wood ceiling and newly fitted wooden floor. The open-plan living space features a large comfortable sofa bed, dining table and six chairs, flat-screen smart TV and a kitchenette fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge freezer.

The property enjoys a large shared garden with games for children, a fenced dog exercise area and a dining table and chairs, providing the ideal place for alfresco living and enjoying the breeze on a long summer evening.

The hamlet of Gazzane is located a 5-minute drive from Salò, one of Lake Garda’s most elegant resorts. The surrounding area is rich in culture and has many opportunities to enjoy outside sports and recreation. Art and history enthusiasts can visit the famous Vittoriale degli Italiani, in Gardone Riviera (a 12- minute drive) and MuSa, the museum narrating the areas’ local history (a 10-minute drive). The property is also minutes away from numerous taxi boats that can take you to the Veronese shore in just a few minutes.

In approximately a 15-minute drive guests can enjoy canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, diving and golf. There are also opportunities to hike, mountain bike trails and horse-riding centres nearby, as well as numerous natural parks and water parks.

Known for its prized extra-virgin olive oil and D.O.C wines, Padenghe sul Garda is a 20-minute drive away and Sirmione with its famous thermal baths a 35-minute drive, Verona is around a 1-hour drive away and Venice is approximately a 2-hour drive away.
