The hotel is beautiful, just renovated to a very high standard. The room clean and the bed really comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, lots of fresh bread, rolls, fruit as well as full English. It is situated in the centre and shops and restaurants close by.

I stayed in the hotel several times, this time in the new extension which is not as good as the original building. The AC basically good for nothing, and the windows does not open. air quality in side the room was bad.

Great looking hotel, real “kerb appeal”. We stayed in one of the two suites on the twelfth floor, only stayed two nights could happily have spent two months. The staff were “appropriately invisible”, as in you rarely saw them until you needed them and then they were just there, great service. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t wait to go back.

Rooms are old and not corresponding to pictures

The hotel is really old and needs be renovated - the pictures of the room are not corresponding to the rooms what you get there. Then i got a really nosy room and i requested to change it - which the team did - but then i got the next room which was also old and really in bad condition. I hated the stay there i would normally never book a hotel like this but the pictures were really nice. The fitness room is in the basement - no day light - no running machine and really dusty - at the end i didnt go to work out. So all over all never again.
