Lorenzo, Stefano and the lovely young woman at the front desk make up one of the hardest working, most pleasant and professional staffs in all of Italy. The hotel is so clean it sparkles and both the housekeeping staff and catering staff went above and beyond every day of our stay. We loved our time here at Locanda and we look forward to returning. "Fantastic place This was the beautiful view outside of the master window and artist display on the walls were fascinating . I loved the eclectic feeling in the house. It was exceptional dealing with owner and the instructions for check in were easy. anytime I had to get a hold of the owner with a question they responded right away. There were 29 steps to get to the apartment but there were hand rails to make it easier. The only complaint is the overhead light used for the steps was an automatic light that didn't stay on long enough to reach the next level of stairs.I would recommend this wonderful apartment visiting Perugia. "

"Well maintained, modern hotel reasonably close to the city centre and convenient for the train station. Breakfast was very good, although some more hot food options would have been nice. Service was good and value for money was excellent."
