When you’re traveling with your service pet and you’re constantly being questioned overseas if it’s actually a service pet or if you have a lap dog it becomes anxious making all the time. "I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"Beautiful building and design. Wish we could stay longer and enjoy all the great amenities. Fantastic location to explore the city. Arriving by car was a bit complicated with the narrow streets at night, the hotel concierge kindly offered to drive our car. "
