Property from outside may look sketchy…but that’s Rome for you. Everything is old and dirty but not in a sense that there are trash everywhere. Don’t expect perfection unless you want to stay at a very expensive place. Rome is cleaner than NYC and much SAFER than NYC that’s for sure!
The night Shift worker was amazing, very helpful we arrived late due to delay flight, but he made it possible and easy to check in. Also the cleaning lady was very helpful

Most expensive hostel
Check in at Hotel Chicago a couple blocks away went smoothly. Upon, check in we lined up breakfast for 8:30 the following morning. This breakfast never came. We were also instructed when checking out to leave the keys in the room; however, you need a physical key to get in and out of the building. Also, throughout the entirety of our stay, we never saw a person working in the Adora Suites building. The cherry on top was there was no working wifi during the duration of our stay.
To sum it up, this bed and breakfast failed on numerous levels.
1. No breakfast...at a place advertised as a bed AND breakfast.
2. No sign of any people actually working on the premises.
3. Check out instructions that stranded us in the building
Hard to recommend a place that fails at so many things, making this the worst and most expensive hostel I’ve ever stayed at.
The Room was great. Not a traditional hotel— you’ve got to check in somewhere else but the people where nice, helpful and served us breakfast in our rooms!

This hotel was very close to the train station which was very convenient, but it also means that it was in a trashy dirty area. Check in was very disappointing and cumbersome. The first impression is entering a outer court lined with trash cans. It took 4 separate locks to finally get to our room. The room was reserved to be a queen, but we got two twin beds. The bath towel was a table cloth like Julius Caesar used, no terry cloth towels. The maid, a lovely lady from the Republic of Georgia, Russia was sweet and attentive. Breakfast was brought to the room each morning, with no choice of what we wanted. One evening there was a beer street party into the night. Due to being close to bus/train, the vendors were horrible. Street restaurants were prevalent and yummy. We were able to walk to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain from this site. The room is definitely not handicapped accessible. and the beds are hard. The air cooler worked great.
Ottima posizione e staff gentilissimo e premuroso.
Servirebbe qualche dettaglio di cura aggiuntivo per la struttura come le porte delle camere.
Struttura già utilizzata altre volte e sempre soddisfacente

There were no scenic views such as were advertsed with their hotel site through expedia, I specifically requested a room with a view when I booked the hotel a month prior to arriving in Rome from our cruise. Over flowing trash cans and neighborhoods junk were the views from windows on Adora Suite 2, Adora B&B, and Hotel Chicago (same management team). Dishonest and deceitful nanagenent. Expedia support group failed in resolving the problem, they told me to work it out with the hotel.
Central location, private, easy access to tour starting points, many restaurants, comfortable bed, clean room. The daily breakfast was a nice start I to the day
We had a great time here. Central location, early check in and safe environment of the B&B made our stay lovely.
Room had everything we need, even a mini fridge, which was great to keep juices and fruits fresh.
Très bon accueil et hôtel propre et confortable. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Situé près de la gare Roma Termini ce qui s'est avéré très pratique. De nombreux restaurants dans les environs immédiats.
