We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a 13yr old and 16 yr old for three nights. Perfect accommodation for our family of four. Great pool and amazing breakfast, the apartment was a lovely space with good air conditioning to relax in after our busy days in Rome. The location is perfect right next to a train station and it takes about 25 mins to get into the centre of Rome. There is an excellent restaurant right next door in case you don’t want to go into Rome one evening. The only thing to improve would be if someone had made the pull out beds, we were told we had to make it ourselves - they are perfectly sufficient but we were not given any instructions and we only worked out how it should be on night three. The initial check in staff we not very helpful and took extra holding money but this was resolved with more experienced staff the next day.

We stayed at this Aparthotel as a family of four with children aged 9 and 6, and we really enjoyed our experience. The property is located on the outskirts of Rome, so walking to major attractions isn’t practical, but transport links are excellent. There’s a train/metro station right next door, and buses are easy to access. Travel into the city centre by this method took around 45 minutes. With the July heat, we often used UBER, which ranged from €12–€25 depending on the time of day and destination and took anywhere between 10 and 25 minutes. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids. After long days exploring Rome, it was the perfect place to cool off and unwind. You book a two‑hour slot with the lifeguard, and they were very accommodating. I’d recommend booking 24 hours ahead to secure your preferred time. The system was strictly observed and fair for all guests. A supermarket is less than a 10‑minute walk away and had everything we needed. There are also plenty of local restaurants offering authentic Italian food at reasonable prices. The apartments were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with balconies and all the amenities you’d expect. Staff were friendly throughout our stay, and service was consistently good. Overall, a great option for families who are happy to stay just outside the centre and want the bonus of a pool during the summer heat.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the room is spacious enough for a family. There is a train station just a two-minute walk away, making it convenient to commute to Rome’s historical sites. Overall, we really liked the place. The only drawback is that the room temperature is a bit cold, especially since we are visiting Rome at the end of December.

We decided to stay slightly out as wanted a pool in the hot days. Lovely apartment very clean and great for families as very spacious. Pool was great after site seeing, staff super helpful and large fridge for drinks too at reception and in room. Also added bonus fantastic restaurant next door to hotel which had great local food and very reasonable prices, ate two out of three nights. Overall worked really well getting into town on bus or metro super easy.

We stayed in this property for 4 nights in Aug 2025. Check in was easy, we got our room slightly before 3. Great location and filtered water on site. We did not leverage the breakfast as it was very pricey 19 euros. The washing was nice to have but expensive at 5 dollar per wash/dry. Hotel staff were helpful. We were on the 5th floor - our room was never cleaned in the 4 days we were there… not sure if this needed to be requested.

Great location, right next to Roma Balduina train, 2 stations away from Valle Aurelia where you can transfer to Linea A metro. Close to De Carolis avenue where routes can take you to centro storico and most attractions. Parking has an extra cost, mattresses need an update. Nice balcony, pool, kitchen. 24 hr reception.

Flight was cancelled so booked 2 rooms here at last minute and went to hotel only to find they could not accommodate us. Lesson we learned is you need to call property directly for last minute bookings. Staff was very helpful in contacting other properties to eventually find us a new place.
