  • 35 m² suite on the third floor with a private balcony—the only one in the building with outdoor space and a beautiful view of the Santa Maria dei Miracoli church bell tower. One bedroom with a queen bed and a separate room with a sofa bed: ideal for a couple or three adults comfortable with the sofa bed.



    Italian breakfast included, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, TV, and workspace. Private bathroom with shower.



    Ripetta Grand Suites is in a 15th-century building on Via di Ripetta, steps from Piazza del Popolo. The building has no elevator: the suite is on the third floor, about 55 steps up. Adults only.

    Historic 15th-century building on Via di Ripetta 7, just steps from Piazza del Popolo and about 800 m from Piazza di Spagna. The suites are on the top floor in a quiet setting, with views of Piazza del Popolo and the bell tower of Santa Maria dei Miracoli.



    Four suite types from 28 to 35 m² for 2 or 3 guests: one double room, one junior suite, and two suites, one with a private balcony. Italian breakfast is included every morning. All units feature air conditioning, heating, fast Wi-Fi, TV, private bathroom with shower, bed linen, towels, and a workspace. Adults only.



    Please note: This historic building has no elevator. Suites are on the third floor, reached by about 55 steps.
