I booked the superior room and my stay was excellent. The bed was very comfy and the washroom was spacious. We were provided with plenty of towels. There is a large tv in the bed room so I got to enjoy my nights watching Ripley (a Netflix show shot in Italy!) The location was in walking distance to all the shops and attractions. Liza was very friendly and accommodating!

Great place to stay, right in the middle of things, clean, bed comfortable, bathroom clean & reception staff friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant very close to Spanish Steps and walkable to all other sights. If you are looking for a lovely room and don’t need all the other trappings (ie hotel bar/lounge areas etc) couldn’t get any better. Super king bed comfortable and shower was one of the best. AC also worked.

A fantastic place to stay. The room was large and high spec, with a great shower room and comfy bed. Very high end experience and the location was extremely central to a range of major landmarks in Rome. Liza was a fantastic host and checking in and out was very smooth.

Room floor clearly has not been vacuumed or mopped in ages. Clumps of hair, stains, and a few small dead bugs. Fabric on bed was stained, one of the sheets were also stained. Refrigerator was never cold or cool. You can hear everytime your neighbors come in and out as well as their muffled conversations. With that said all neighbors seemed to try to be courteous and quiet. Location is excellent, I was there in a heatwave and the air conditioning worked amazingly. Our contact person was helpful and gave clear and concise directions for everything and answered in a timely manner.

I had an outstanding stay at Borgognona Rooms. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and surprisingly spacious for the centre of Rome. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and thoughtfully put together — from the quality of the bed to the little details that made the space feel welcoming. The staff were genuinely exceptional. Every interaction was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great recommendations for the area. Their hospitality really elevated the whole experience. The location was perfect, everything we needed was a short walk away, including the metro line, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and Pantheon. Definitely recommend.
