The balcony and view was beautiful. High ceilings. Modern renos. Everything we needed. Customer service was impeccable. Cute little breakfast every morning.

The staff are great ans they kept the room clean but it shouldn't be called 'hotel' it says inn at the reception but hotel online. The place is not easy to find, no sign on the outside. Its probably air b&b but not a hotel. Breakfast was terrible. No allergy consideration either.

Three days. Clean small room however it’s just a room. No services at all so if all you want is an inexpensive room this is fine. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Spanish Steps so it’s not too far from sight seeing and shopping. Our AC was a little noisy so that was annoying but otherwise it fit our needs. Don’t count on having breakfast there. It’s basically just coffee and a few rolls. Much better options elsewhere.

I appreciated the front desk staff. They were great! The hotel itself was not exactly up to pare. The towels were stained, there were stained on the pillows and the bathroom wasn't the best. There was a draining of water in the middle of the night, to which we thought our room was flooding but it was just a leak in the bathroom. The checkout process was ahead of time because of the availability of staff but they weren't flexible with us.

It’s an old hotel. The quilt to sleep smelled. We are pretty sure that room service stole 2 rings that we bought as souvenirs to take back home. We got back home and the envelope the rings were in was just left empty. The next morning in check out we were charged an additional $30. Never again.

Poorly functioning AC

Fine, small room, and staff was lovely. The main issue: the room was advertised as having AC, but the little AC unit was really struggling, and couldn't keep up with the Rome summer heat. The staff checked the unit for us and assured us it was operating at max capacity, and explained that there was nothing else they could do. (From their point of view, the unit wasn't malfunctioning.) It was ~95-100 degrees outside and probably ~85 degrees in our room for the duration of our stay. It was horribly uncomfortable and hard to sleep; if we were staying longer than two nights, we would have switched hotels. I would avoid staying here again during the summer.

We stayed one week. One day we haven't anymore hot water to take our shower at 10:30AM. Seems capacity is limited... Often when we go to breakfast around 9:30AM there is not anymore "something" (not anymore banana, not anymore eggs...). My customer's feeling is that this hotel is in a Logic to save and rationing costs(hot water, food...) not in satisfying customers... Plus, it smells smoke in the hallway. But workers are nice

Ikke helt som forventet

Ok hotel men vælger det nok ikke igen. det var svært at finde for taxaen, da der ikke var noget skilt med navn eller at der var et hotel, det lå i en bygning med andre firmaer. I følge beskrivelse skulle der være kåber og tøfler - hvilket der ikke var. Der var en del lamper/pærere i loftet der ikke virkede, skyl på toilettet faldt ud af væggen hver gang man trykkede. Sengen var max hård - føltes som at ligge på en træplade. Personalet var meget venlige og imødekommende og der var pænt rent.

Proximité des transports et des monuments. Petit déjeuner sommaire avec seulement 10 places de petit déjeuner. Obliger de faire la queue et attendre. De ce fait le personnel vous débarrasse à peine la dernière bouchée avalée !. Dommage

Ruhige Lage - Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere Mängel bei der Sauberkeit (Nasszelle, Kleiderschrank). Teilweise noch Brandabdrücke am Mobiliar von Zigaretten. Frühstück bei längerem Aufenthalt knapp genügend.

Lovely little hotel, highly recommended

The hotel took a little finding but a call to the friendly reception sorted that out. We found everyone very friendly, quick checkin and the room was a good size, clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was simple but filling and, again, the staff helpful and friendly. Very good value for money not far from the Metro station and access to the sights. When next in Rome, we’d definitely stay here again.

Le personnel est très accueillant et très souriant. La climatisation de la chambre est un petit peu bruyante mais très utile avec la chaleur extérieure. La porte d'entrée de la chambre est très mal isolée et laisse passer beaucoup trop de bruit venant du couloir.

Good location and nice room, but troubles parking

Everything was very good, host communication was very good, room clean and nice. only problem we had is finding a car parking space, so if you driving then would recommend to contact the host and arrange paid car parking round the corner. Span steps is just 15 min walk and Colliseum 30min. In overall I would recommend this property for location and room condition.

Schönes Hotel, perfekter Lage. Das Frühstück ist italienisch, sprich sehr klein aber gut. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Jedoch sind die Türen sehr dünn und man hört andere Gäste deutlich auf dem Flur. Es war zuerst nicht einfach das Hotel zu finden, da es sich um ein Historisches Gebäude handelt, an dem keine Beschilderung angebracht werden darf.
