We really loved our stay here! The property was beautiful. It had a cute little balcony into the courtyard. Pretty walkable from the happening areas of the city. About 10-15 straight down the street before it is busy and touristy but the area itself felt perfectly safe. Hosts were very pleasant to correspond with. More responsive on WhatsApp but I have found this to be super common in the places I’ve stayed. Always a good idea to have it downloaded. Super comfortable and super clean and pretty.

I found the check-in process to be quite difficult to navigate. Also when I arrived at the address I had no idea if I was even in the right place or who to contact since there was obviously no reception desk. Eventually I got a hold of the host and he was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. The room was great, modern and clean. The area is a bit further away from the centre but for the price that’s to be expected.

It was no communication between me and the staff it took me almost two hours to get in no staff to talk to and i got kids and luggage it was too hot it was trouble it was bad bad bad and they charged me different fees than i was supposed to pay( $82) they charged me (96 euros) which is wrong I just owed them $82 only , i had a bad experience with them

Very disappointed with my stay. Upon arrival, the host asked me to pay an additional 100 euros for city tax and service fee, even though those were included in my original payment. He waited for me to make that payment and only then provided the door code. The property looked very different from the photos shown on Expedia. The listing showed carpets, flowers, candles, and a beautiful Bohemian style chandelier, but none of these were there when we arrived. The curtains did not provide adequate privacy, especially at night. There was essentially no privacy, which was uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was extremely weak, making it difficult to shower. The kitchen was another disappointment. Basic essentials like dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and tissues were not provided. I had to buy them myself. The dishwasher was broken, and I was told to wash all dishes by hand. Overall, the stay did not match the description or photos. Between the extra 100 euro request, missing essentials, broken dishwasher, weak shower pressure, and differences from the advertised photos, this was a very disappointing experience.

Wir waren als 5 köpfige Familie unterwegs und uns standen beide Appartments (Puccini und Tosca) zur Verfügung. Sehr sauber und super angenehme Betten. Außerdem standen uns auch zwei Duschbäder und eine Küche zur Verfügung. In 10-15min erreicht man fußläufig die Piazza del Popolo und dann ist man schon mittendrin in Roms wunderschöner Altstadt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
