This palace is famous for its Roman bearing wall, still visible in all its forms to this day. The property is furnished with a style that combines classic and modern and enriched by original architectural elements, such as the ceiling with exposed beams, it consists of a comfortable double bedroom located on the mezzanine floor accessible via a staircase, equipped with a private bathroom with bathtub. , the room leads to one of the two magnificent outdoor spaces, from where you can enjoy the wonderful view over the rooftops of Rome. What a fabulous apartment/villa in the city! We loved being here for our Rome visit! The location couldn't have been better, it was super cozy and comfortable, and the terrace was fantastic. Definitely would/will stay here again. Raoni was very kind to help us carry our luggage upstairs. Grazie for a magnificent visit to The Eternal City!

Overall the accommodations met our needs. We had plenty of room to relax and spend time with friends. Location was outstanding, centralized to many historic sites, restaurants, and grocery store. We were able to walk to all sites, which was very convenient. Some notable points to share would be that there are no elevators and this apartment is on the third floor. Also, the 2nd bathroom/shower on the top floor is very small for an adult.

Our group of three adults enjoyed 4 nights in October 2025. Loredana met us for orientation to this clean, very well located and furnished apartment. Markets, restaurants and the best of Rome history and culture are all walkable from your front door. Sights and sounds are what one should expect in such a central and vibrant city location. Yes, the upper level bathroom is best left to the shortest guests. M. E.

Perfect location! Our group of four enjoyed our stay and appreciate the help with getting our bags up all of the stairs. All of the balconies were the perfect touch to this apartment. Would stay again. AC worked great in the whole place!

Beautiful, very spacious property in an ideal location - very close to the Pantheon and directly above several restaurants & cafes and a convenience store. A grocery store and all types of shopping were just steps away. Strong & consistent WiFi. They provided several universal travel plug adapters, which was thoughtful. The hosts were very attentive and easy to contact and communicate with. Two AC units - one in the living room and another in the top floor bedroom - both worked perfectly. Very comfortable beds. The balconies were so nice for morning coffee and a late dinner. Well-lit, busy and safe area too.

Very nice stay, the location is great, accessible by taxi/uber to the building's door. Thr small restaurant downstairs is pretty decent and has nice prices. The appartment is foot-close to all the attractions. In order to get to Vatican, bus line 492 is at 5 min walk from the appartment. All good, I recommend.

What an excellent apartment in the centre of Rome and just 3 blocks from the Pantheon! We were 2 best friends traveling and found the apartment spacious. The loft bedroom upstairs had its own air conditioning but very tiny bathroom. Plenty of storage and a lovely roof top balcony. The main floor air conditioning kept the entire level cool and the large outdoor space provide a quite space where we could unwind after our busy tours. The front bedroom however was quite noisy at night especially when the after bars near by closed. Better sound proof window would have helped but I relied on my personal ear plugs to get a good nights rest. The kitchen is fully equipped but could use more wine glasses and better toaster, but we seemed to manage to enjoy the relishes wines we tried at the end of the day. Checkin was wonder, especially because we were helped with our luggage up the 4 flights of stairs (54 steps in total) by the property management team. I highly recommend this rustic and charming property if you are looking to be in the centre of it all. Thank you for allowing us to rent this incredible place and creating lasting memories that will last us a life time.

Great location

Great location, center of the center of Rome. Check in was really easy and really appreciated Raoni’s advice and recommendations. Close to great food and attractions like the pantheon and piazza Navona. Probably only down side is the construction that starts at 6am every morning and the drunken crowd noise that goes till about 3am but just get a good white noise app and you’ll be fine. Would stay again and loved the layout. Great patios.

Family Holiday To Rome

The property was fantastic, multiple terraces was lovely and as the last stop on a many city trip in southern Europe was a really well equipped place to stay. The kitchen had all of the utensils, dishes, etc you could want to make food, the place felt like a home for a few nights.The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything you’d want to see over the course of a few days. The recommendations on restaurants from the property manager were excellent. It really was a great way to end our European Holiday.

Great Location, Excellent Property!

Great central location was perfect for our family to see all the major sites around Rome. Host was super helpful at checkin to make suggestions and show us around the property. Place is comfortable with great little outdoor balconies.

Great location

We enjoyed staying at this apartment. Location was great for seeing all the usual sites in Rome. Parthenon is five minute walk with nice restaurants for night time right in front. The cons to this location is you absolutely need noise canceling device as it can be brutal noise level all night long due to a club around the corner that closes around 4-5am. It was impossible to sleep with singing and loud talking even with windows closed. If we’d had a white noise machine this might have been ok. Also be aware it is many flights of stairs so if you have mobility issue you may not like this location.

Perfect Rome getaway

The apartment was perfect for our Rome visit. The location was walkable to everything on our activity wish list -Pantheon, Trastevere, Jewish ghetto and Colosseum. Lots of food options close by. The description on vrbo site was very accurate. I recommend.
