Closest to the Colloseum as you can get!

The apartment was even nicer than we expected. Many large windows open up directly facing the Colleseum and many other breathtaking views. Large with ample space for the entire family. Wonderfully decorated and such a warm feel. Cgeck in process was fast and easy. Definitely would go back or recommend as the best of the best!

Amazing Stay

This was a beautiful stay in a beautiful location. Our big family needed a place to stay with some nearby sites for accessibility reasons. Every single window has a stunning view, we were able to grab snacks and drinks and gelato from the cafe underneath, and so many of Rome’s sites are a stone’s throw away. We had constant communication with our host and questions were answered promptly. We were comfortable the whole time. It is a noisy location right in the middle of the action, but the windows were surpassingly good at blocking most of the crowd. Highly, highly recommend!

We planned to stay for 2 nights, but only stayed for one. Location was excellent and view was great. Unfortunately, our experience on the second night was disappointing. Around 3:30 p.m., we received a call from the property owner informing us that the apartment's alarm had gone off. We explained that we had been away from the apartment all day. We were initially told the apartment was full of smoke, but later the owner said someone had checked it and everything was okay.When we returned around 10:30 p.m., however, the building still smelled strongly of smoke, and our apartment was filled with a heavy smoke and odor. Even after opening all the windows, the smell was overwhelming and made it impossible for us to comfortably/safely spend the night there. All of our clothes smelled like smoke for days later.The owner did respond by sending a technician to inspect the apartment (11:00pm) and offered to have someone come clean it around 11:00 p.m. While we appreciated the effort, it was simply too late, and there was no realistic way the apartment would be comfortable enough to sleep in that night. We ended up leaving and paying for a hotel instead.I understand that the smoke issue may have been outside the owner's control, and I don't necessarily fault him for the incident itself. However, I was disappointed that no reimbursement or other accommodation was offered for the night we were unable to stay in the property. A gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way.
